In 2005, Amy formed Hip Gloss Productions (housing Hip Gloss Designs and Hip Gloss Records) with business partner Sandra Carroll. Having to turn away clients due to lack of time and man hours, Amy and Sandra began a search for the best contractors in the industry to expand their team and revised their business plan to include contractors of high calibur and reasonable rates to offer their clients excellent service with quick turnaround.
